Sat-nav on netbook How whats best?
I have an Asus 1005PE and am interested in using it as a satnav using a usb stick receiver. Can one use the Tomtom maps or others? I am looking for something with voice that tells one when to turn let/right and if having 4xed up then told how to remedy etc.
I am still awaiting the receiver so can't experiment

The 2 I have trialed are IGO8 and Garminmobile for PC - both work as it says on the tin!

I'm using IGO on my Asus Eeepc 1000H , perfect with a USB GPS reciever .I also have MS Autoroute [ the GPS version ] on it too . Thats good too .
