Buying phones from CPW

My wife is looking to get a new phone on PAYG from car phone warehouse's
website.

Has anyone else here done it and had any problems? I also see they use
DH(el)L as a courier.
Did it arrive the next working day?

Yup if your THAT worried about DHL (Who I've never had any problems with) I'd just go instore and get it there.
