laptop reboots when tapped?

wierd problem with my laptop appeard today :S

its an acer aspire 5735.

everytime you tap it, or move it it reboots? :S and when i tip it it sounds like a screw is loose inside :S never taken any of it apart. ever. not sure whats happned. (posting this from it now)

There may be a short somewhere inside. Does it reboot when tapped in any location or is that specific? I would open it up and check it all looks ok. Warranty?

Either a dry joint, short or fault on the pcb. I would take it apart and check nothings lose etc. Failing that find a local laptop repair shop. Mirco nano are a good repair company.

Shorting seems to be the answer to your problem. I would definitely open it up and take a butchers mate before it shorts for good!

found it, there was a tiny screw inside, no idea where it came from. nothing seems damaged :D

wierd thing is, it always kinda rattled from when i first got it. but its now 2 years? since i had it. why the problem only happen'd last night i have no idea haha
