I thought that the 5870s are pretty fast try benching against the asus matrix 5870 then see what's fastest I'd be interested to see and it would probably drive me to a purchase.

from what I have seen of 480 benches they are really good at lower resolutions but as soon as you get to 1080p and above they don't really compete probably due to there running heat

Still at that price a 5870 has to be the weapon of choice but 480 is almost becoming a consideration.

The picture is just a Generic GTX 480 part the actual one is blue trim. I will update the picture now.
