I want the fastest drive for OS I can get for around £160 ~ 170 ish.

Which of these is the best to get? Both OCZ's appear faster then the Intel in 4k speeds and overall data transfer.

The OCZ Vertex 2E is probably your best bet for fastest drive. The only thing that worries me about OCZ drives is the amount of reports on their forums of drives just disappearing from BIOS.

I had a OCZ Vertex 60GB die, it started with driver errors, and then the BSOD, tried formatting the drive it got to 75% and it died it was a Intel X58 chipset I did try it on another AMD setup and it was dead. I had it for just over a year.:(
I sent it back to the supplier here in the UK, or had the option to send it to the Netherlands; I am still waiting on the replacement.
Still would buy an OCZ!

I'm wondering the same. But I have being looking at the OCZ 60Gb SATA 2 Vertex or the Kingston SSD V+ Series 64GB.

Is there anywhere the two of them are reviewed for comparison?
