5.1 surrond sound with 2 optical inputs

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for a 5.1 surrond sound with 2 optical inputs.

Also another question, if i get a av reciever, can i connect my ps3 to it via a hdmi to recieve surrond sound?

Could have a look on the bay for a 2nd hand av receiver and get some seccond hand speakers, cant think of anything new that has 2 optical outputs for that price, the only thing i can think of is the z-5500s but they only have 1 optical input on them
