No to all routinely

edit: hepB and rabies vaccinations can be gotten from GPs/travel clinics/etc if required. Anthrax vaccine is rarely used outside of the military

No. None of them in the UK.

You may have Hep A if you were going to an at-risk country /medical profession - Anthrax and Radies, almost definately not (unless you are going to somewhere where biological weapons may be used - or you work with rabid animals a lot.....such as a bat keeper/worker)

Diptheria, Pertussis, Tetanus
Haemophilus influenzae
Pneumococcal
Polio vaccine (inactivated)
Measles, Mumps, Rubella
Meningococcus
Human papillomavirus vaccine
