Logitech Warranty

I know Logitech warranty is very good and I experienced the great service when I had my faulty MX518 replaced about 2 years ago. Now this replacement mouse has failed, the sensitivity adjustment buttons are not making a difference and the sensitivity seems to have completely changed from what it was before.

I'm outside the 3 year warranty of the original mouse so does anyone know if Logitech provide replacements in this case, or am I going to have to buy a new mouse

Send them an email and ask?
You might be lucky,there is no harm in trying.

I'm going to ring them tommorow, just asking on here in the mean time
