I wonder if any of you can shed some light on a problem i am having with my PC.

At Periodic times it will just hand on energy screen and wont continue to bootup with me restarting the system.
I have ran memtest and that comes back with nothing so its none my RAM.
I changed my HDD's a couple of months ago and they are fine also.
When HDD's were changed a fresh install of Windows7 was done as well so

It can't be the OS if it hangs in the BIOS while posting, the OS won't have even began to load up. Definitely going to be a hardware thing.

Updated the BIOS recently?

are on but don't shut any hardware down, only turns monitor
off after certain amount of time.
