Idiotic Virgin Media EPG question

[One More Solo]

Can you look more than 24 hours ahead and, if so, how? I'm stuck and the manual says nothing! This is what happens when you get used to Sky. I'm on a V HD box if that matters, the V+ HD box gets delivered on Tuesday.
