Last night I had 2 Chicago Town 4 Cheese Deep Dish pizzas. 5/10

Much prefer the Pepperoni ones!

tin of oxtail soup, 2 corn on the cob, 2 mini naan breads and 3 oat biscuits with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

I have 2 thai fishcakes and a bag of spinach leaves for supper tonight.

I hate cooking

Left over mashed potato from the night before. Grated some cheddar in. Added a bit of dried chilli and also added what was left of the corned beef in the fridge.

Mixed it all together and shallow fried the 'frittata' in a little olive oil till browned on both side.

It was epic!
