Been looking at some SFF options for a system i want, i noticed this case and it can fit and power a 5970 but i cant find any reviews on a system with such.

If an SG07 had P55 ITX with Core i5 760 mildly overclocked using H50 cooler and 5970 would i run into any heat issues?

I would say it would depend on your ambient temps and where you keep the unit. It'll be a challenge to keep it well cooled when gaming for a few hours but nothing is impossible :)

Well I believe it comes with a 600W unit and enough length for an HD5970. If Silverstone didn't want you to use said card, would they have made the case so large? ;)

I'm tempted, but I don't really even game enough to justify an HD5850, so switching cases only to flunk £300+ on an HD5870/5970 would be madness.

Maybe if I ever get a 24" monitor...

Well I'm pretty certain the case designed for exactly that kind of hardware, as for using a H50 though I'm not so sure; the included fan is a pretty massive 180mm 'Air Penetrator' and there are mounts for 120mm fans so you should be able to mount the radiator, there won't be a lot of space for the tubes though as it'll be sitting atop the cooler/pump unit... The case really is designed for using a heatsink that sits parallel to the motherboard.
