Hi,

I have been challenged by a friend to build her a machine. The challenge is to build a new machine for £400. She can go a bit above but not much.

The sole use is for WoW and needs to be built to provide the best gaming experience.

not bad i think, there are other places where u can save money and the gfx is a bit weak but the processor can be unlocked to give quad core performance

edit: seen stulid's and that 4870 would be a much better bet than the 5670

This should do the trick. Its quite capable of playing this game. You'll need keyboard/mouse, a monitor & windows though. If you'll want all these included in the budget, the spec will be quite a different story.

This, but maybe a Phenom II 555 BE Dual Core and an MSI 770-C45 to pull it under budget?

Although I don't know if WoW would benefit more from a L3 cache (Phenom II) or 4 cores (Athlon).
