I vary, but normally 7. I'd love to be able to get by on 6 though.

Six hours. Years of conditioning. Six hours is enough, I wake after this amount regardless of the day.

< 5 for me, went to bed at 3am, was up at 7.30 this morning with the kids and a full days work.

So used to it now it doesnt even get to me, used to be a killer.
