Samsung B2430L Problem

My B2430L arrived today, and the box came half opened(from competitor). I asked the driver, and he goes its nothing its slight open because not enough sellotape on it.

So I unpack and start the screen up. Now i see some bubble at the bottom causing some ghosting on the screen !

Anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Did you buy a B-grade or open box monitor?

Either way, you should contact the retailer and get it replaced, it's been damaged at some point.

its a brand new monitor

If the retailer begins with A you're in luck. If it begins with E you may be ok but not completely sure.

Does anyone know if the monitor comes with DVI cable? It shows on manual but did not come in box

I believe it only comes with a D-sub VGA cable. So come on - where did you buy it from? Just give hints or contact me by trust. I'd like to know for future reference.

personally i would return it under the distance selling legislation.
tell them you want a refund. do not even contemplate sorting it via warranty.

buy it again from a different retailer.

hope that you get it sorted
