Configuring "Evolution" Mail For Hotmail Account

Hi,

I am trying to set up the "Evolution" email application in ubunto 10.10 to use a hotmail.co.uk account but am getting the error message:

Unable to connect to POP server pop3.live.com
Error sending password: -ERR authentication failed

I am entering the correct password but it does not seem to be getting through. I accepted the default autofill values for servers etc when setting up the account so I think it might be related to this, ie, the server configuration for incoming and outgoing mail is not set up correctly.

Any advice most appreciated.

According to the first hit on google, Hotmail pop uses SSL on port 995

As a total novice to setting up an email account I have not got a clue what to do with that information in the ubuntu Evolution email application

Sorted, it uses TSL encryption to send, not SSL
