Because for some people, a few weeks wasn't long enough to be able to sign up.

It's being re drawn, simple as.
It'll be enough grief for skippi as it is, without the Spanish inquisition from everyone going why why why.
If I do get someone without a name or address filled in properly then all I can do is nudge skippi to nudge that person.
After that it's out of my hands really.
Quite a few people on the list may well be up to their eyeballs in work until the weekend so may not see all the issues until then anyway.

I do feel party responsable but i signed up WELL within the deadline, its just for some reason it directed me back to the 2009 draw ... Either way im in and im VERY thankful for skippis efforts
