Best upgrade from a ATI 4850 for £100?

I have been away from the GPU scence since I bought my ATI 4850 512MB and wanted to know what is the best upgrade for around £100, or less. I currently use my 4850 at 1900x1200, mostly L4D1 & 2.

I'm in a similar situation, I'm getting itchy for an upgrade, the stock fan on the 4850 is starting to irritate.

Have you thought about cashing in your 4850 to put towards your new card? Not really sure what the going rate is on 2nd hand one these days, or if it's even worth it. For me, if I could get a decent price for my 4850 it would make the new 6950 look affordable.
