280GTX SLI replacement - Memory corruption

Lately, i've had problems with my graphics cards. low fps slow loading & weird glitch & freezes. Tonight I had a massive memory corruption no textures were there. i think i have warranty but not sure, and not sure which card it is. (heard evga replacement system is pants as well) so looking for a card as replace asap.

So i'm thinking i will need a replacement ASAP.

Current Card: 280GTX SLI EVGA 1GB
Other information: i7 940 @ 2.93ghz - ASUS OC Palm - 6GB G.skill 1333mhz - 300GB Raptor (os) - 640GB WD (Games) - Asus DX 7.1 - 1000W Cosair

New Information:
I would like something slightly more powerful single card if possible, new games can struggle (Batman AA) maybe more memory for res?

Video information: 2560x1600 - Max Everything Visual wise (3D soon) @ 1920x1080 as well (VT20)

570 or 580 depending on budget....ive got a 5970 you could get one second hand for £300-£350...it is the daddy

At 2560*1600 go 6970; at 1080P go 570. This assumes that the ATI 3D driver will be improved in the 11.1 drivers.

No competition, 6950 unlock to 6970, same performance as 570 but costs ~£200
