Got this seasonal flu virus thing

Been powering through this for the past few weeks not getting ill even though everyone around me was coughing and spluttering in my face, then as soon as I have 2 days off, which I can relax, and enjoy myself I come down with this.

Went to bed feeling fine Thursday night and woke up feeling horrible! Got to be back at work tomorrow to.... Joy, an entire day of selling crap to customers, no breaks as I am only on a 6 hour shift.... Gonna be fun! Not sure how I will get around coughing phlegm up... Cant exactly spit on the floor!

Yeah I caught the bug off someone at work that lasted 20th-27th Dec, so therefore wrote off Cmas festivities, being in bed by 9PM most nights. Thanks colleague... not! Then of course, as soon as I go back to work on the 29th, I'm all fine and dandy again. Bloody typical lol. At least NYE was good though.

Had this myself the past week. Luckily was ok for Xmas, but it got progressively worse and I spent NYE ill in bed.

Wish I could emigrate to somewhere like NZ where Chrimbo and New year's eve are in the summertime. Must be much better.

2 people at my work have got swine flu. Coincidentally both of them got the jab that is supposed to help guard against it.
