i need to get the OS as well, so if took the cyborg with the GTS450 and home prem 64bit, will that still be good enough to do everything i want from it?

The Titan Cyborg should meet your needs.

If you're going to store a lot of media on it then you may wish to consider increasing the hard drive from 500GB.

Total price with a GTX460 and Windows 7 64 bit will be £769.23 plus a larger hard drive if needed.

After midnight tonight this will be £788.00 (VAT increase).

The 450 is ok, don't expect to be playing Crysis on very high. Would be good for light gaming + watching films.

And go for them Phenom build.

It all depends how much you want to spend and how long you plan on keeping the system.

GTS 450 is OK for lighter gaming.

GTX 460 will last you longer and play newer games better.

Review of the HAWK GTX 460:

A fair bit quicker than a GTS 450 (not far off double the frame rates) and there's still a fair bit of overclocking headroom on the GTX 460.
