upgrade help

Looking for a bit of help to boost this old system! not been into gaming for a few years but recently got hold of black op's....oh my it runs ****

Specs:
Asus A8n SLI
AMD X2 4400
2 GIG DDR400
Seasonic 500w

Currently running an X1900XT 512 and black op's doesn't run that great tbh!!! id like to run it @ 1680x1050

Anyone recommend me a card to give this old beast new life?

I would go for an SSD & something like a 5850 or a gtx 460....

Cant really aford to much right now, but the SSD will help loads yea>?

What about the 5770 1GB card?? seen a few second hand..or is the 5850 loads better?

Maybe the 5770 would be better as your CPU may cause a bottle neck and you would not get the full usage from a higher card.
