SSD size for Windows 7 64bit boot drive?

Remember as well that overtime the size of the Windows side-by-side folder (WINSXS)will grow a lot - after a year mine was 8GB. The only way to (safely) reduce it is to reinstall. I was happily using a 30GB drive but after a year it was almost full because of this.

only worth looking at 30gig if 2 are cheaper than a 60gig, i have a 30gig raptor i use for testing stuff like new overclock settings so i dont pwn my normal windows install, its just too small tbh :/

60gb is fine for Win7 as long as you only install apps on that drive (games should go onto another drive). I have Win7, Photoshop CS5 and many other large apps and still have 24Gb free... :)
