Hey guys,

Antec have teamed up with the technology company behind the Corsair H50 - and have worked on making improvements to it, and they have come up with this.... the H20 620 CPU Watercooling.

Antec Kúhler H2O 620 CPU Watercooler (Socket Intel LGA 775 / 1155 / 1156 / 1366 / AMD AM2 / AM3 / AM2+ / AM3+) @ £49.99 inc VAT

Finally, there is a liquid cooler for the rest of us. The Antec KÜHLER H2O 620 delivers high-performance liquid cooling for your CPU in a quick, easy-to-install package. Unlike traditional liquid cooling systems, this self-contained unit comes prefilled and requires no maintenance. The voltage-controlled 120 mm fan, 3rd generation copper coldplate and airflow-enhancing low-profile pump ensure efficient cooling, while the estimated 50,000 hour pump lifetime means this cooler is even likely to outlast the system it cools. Easy-bend flexible tubing allows the KÜHLER H2O 620 to be installed in nearly any orientation regardless of the internal configuration of the case. Finally, the KÜHLER H2O 620 comes with peace of mind in the form of an industry-leading Antec Quality 3 year limited warranty on parts and labour. Take your PC’s Quiet Computing™ to the next level with liquid cooling performance at a price that rivals aftermarket air coolers.

No, no, no! I won't have it! Nothing can be cooler than The Fonz :D But I will be on the look out for more reviews of this. Would it be overkill on a SB 2500K system with, say, 24/7 OC at about 4.5ghz though?

Modifications that I can see there

1 - replace 1680rpm fan with a 2000rpm fan - higher pressure and air flow

2- replace anti-kink corrugated tubing with smooth wall tubing - improves liquid flow

So basically what modders have been doing to the H50 since it came out which is put a louder fan on it and replace the tubing.

There we have it, mysterious new improved design.

Yes, but not everyone wants to do it themselves, it's a lot easier buying a predone package, hence the existence of the H-50 in the first place :)

If it works better, what's the problem? ;)
