This motherboard okay for Phenom II x6 3.3?

ASUS M4A78LT-M LE AMD 760G

I'm not looking to overclock at any point and the rest of the system specs would be :

Coolermaster 650w psu
Phenom II x6 3.3
Ati 6890
Geil Ultra 6gb ram

i'm using this board with a 95w 1045t at 2.7 ghz and it's been absolutely fine without issue in vista 32 bit. i've run 4 sticks of ram at 1600 mhz no problem although i'm currently using 2 sticks of geil 1600 mhz value plus which needs 1.65v to be stable. the onboard graphics play bluray via the hdmi without any problem. the asus web site lists it to be compatible with the 1090t using bios 0605 so there's no reason it shouldn't manage to run an 1100t.

Thanks for the reply. In that case, yeah I would think it would be okay, unless anyone else has any input on potential problems etc I'll buy one in the morning

If you look on the CPU support list here, you'll see that the 1100T isn't supported by the M4A78LT-M LE; it looks like it only supports processors rated up to 95W.

the link in the op takes you to Asus M4A78LT-M 760G. it doesn't appear to be the LE version and should be able to use the full power x6s.
