DB or Kettlebell windmills. You haven't smashed obliques until you've tried these. Great for shoulder stability and also will improve hamstring flexability along with core stability & strength.

I like the sound of this.

Is there any "sound" demo's for this? Wouldn't want to do it wrong.

There's a few videos on youtube. Easiest way is to be shown however if you do a bit of reading and get a feel for it. Depending on your flexability you might have to bend the back leg if your hamstrings are tight.

You can do single overhead, single hanging, or a double (one weight over head and one hanging below in the other arm which is tough :cool:.

Turkish get ups might be another good thing to practise or a good starting point to get you used to controlling the weight. As you have to twist about around under neath it rather than just bending foward with it. Start light and if the weights toppling just let it go, trying to correct it could just result in nasty injury.

Are they also called a Bent press?

Just watched a Tutorial and it looks similar to this picture.
