As the title would suggest, I'm after some good exercises that will work the obliques.
Sidebends.
I do 5x5 using progressive weight with them.
Just be prepared for DOMs of Doom!
DB or Kettlebell windmills. You haven't smashed obliques until you've tried these. Great for shoulder stability and also will improve hamstring flexability along with core stability & strength.
I like the sound of this.
Is there any "sound" demo's for this? Wouldn't want to do it wrong.
