Removing reflections

Can anyone suggest a way to remove reflections in this photo? You can just make me and my camera out in the bottom gold part which connects to the strap. Because of the small area I have to play with I've not had much luck myself, hopefully someone can teach me the magic

Where can I upload without these stupid limits, actual file size is over 3000x3000, Photobucket is just chopping the size down :mad:
