Hi all, having a bit of a brain fart this morning and can't even form a decent sentence to describe this...
What do you call the process/test where you run on a mat in a shoe shop and a computer analyses pressure/contact points on your feet to suggest the best type of running trainer?
Getting to the point where my feet are completely destroyed and I've still got a heavy schedule to get through. Need to find a place near me and get some good trainers asap.
