Still dont really get it, surely if you have a long trip down country you'd want to do it in your nice new Astra not an old Vectra?

Do you just use the Astra for going to work or something? What a waste of a £16,000 car! Surely it isnt worht insuring and MOT'ing two cars just for when you go downhilling?

It just makes no sense.

The Astra is a normal everyday car designed for your bike rack, your trips down country and your drive to work.

Get rid of the old Vectra.

Not sure the Astra is solely owned by him, I could be wrong though.

Bought a new car a couple weeks back. Needed a little bit of work doing to it so didnt get any pictures until now.

Went from: 1997 1.4 Peugeot 306

To a: 2001 1.7 Ford Puma

Still need to get it cleaned (a job for this afternoon) but im so happy with it. Not what you would call luxury but its so much nicer to drive and be in than the old car. Hell of a lot of fun on snake pass too. £375 well spent.

Look's like you're in a proper petrol heads office there.

Haha god no. All boring eco fart warriors most of them. I think there are probably only six or seven "interesting" cars out of a thousand on site - there's a black Lambo, a red Escort RS Cosworth, a Noble M400, a Tommi Mak Evo and a couple of Porches and M5's - most seemed to be owned by contractors.

There are a few of expensive cars (few XF's, Lexus LS430's, 7 Series etc) owned by the CEO types but nothing really interesting.

Company doesn't pay it's regular staff enough to have anything interesting.

Good lad .

There was an R300 Superlight parked in Milsom Street Bath today, pansy had a windscreen though :p.

I'm actually staying late at work so I can go the long way home via the lanes without the rush hour traffic :)

Oh, and it means I wont have to help bath the kids when I get home :)

Win-Win!
