No. Just a bit of processing in Lightroom - cropping, boosted contrast, boosted clarity, sharpened and a slight vignette effect applied.

Take some photos of them then

Even with a plain background and some basic lighting you can get some really nice shots of Aquarium fish - even Goldfish. I cannot think who it was and its a long way back now, but someone did post some great shots of their fish in this thread.

These are a few I took with the nifty on Monday. It's such a great lens. The only thing I find a bit iffy is the focusing and I've thought about the 1.4 a few times but I learned to work around it.

Shot these tonight. First time trying shots of the stars. A lot of light pollution as I live very close to London so will have to give it another go out in the middle of no where. I am quite pleased with the 1st one.

Stunning shot Khaaan i like the way you framed it . I often see shots with the eyes as the main subject but not enough of the face to show expression.
