So I had a maths exam today and one of the questions in it had me completely stumped! I just could not work it out. I suspect that once I know what the answer is it will all come clear to me.
The question is as follows:
6 + 2x = x - 6
What is the value of x?
Does anyone know what the answer is, if so, could you explain it to me?
