What you do with your old hardware when you upgrade ??

When i upgrade i use my old PC hardware Components to upgrade what i call the family PC,which is used everyday by my parents and my sisters children...

So my family PC spec should be changing something like this

AMD 4400+ to intel E8500
7800GTX 512mb to GTX 275 896mb
2GB ddr to 4Gb or 8GB ddr2
300GB 7200rpm harddrive to 150GB 10,000rpm raptor harddrive
17" dell LCD to 24" dell 2405 LCD

keep it for spair parts if its compatible with the new upgrades, or sell it to fund the upgrade.

If the parts are worth it I will sell on the forums, if not I may upgrade a older pc.

I pass it on to friends for free, give it to my parents or sell it. Really depends on what it is im upgrading, considering getting rid of the water cooling stuff i have at the moment so think that will be getting sold!

I just give all of my old parts to family for free. Never sold any of my old parts, guess I'm a soft touch.

i keep my old stuff for a back up pc just in case something goes wrong with my main puta. by the time i get round to upgrading the stuff im using is practically worthless.

I always keepthem for spares. never know when they will come in handy
