My saddle bag always contains two tubes, topeak mini 18+ multi-tool, tyre levers, Park Tool single speed spanner, pair of latex gloves. The tri-bag has a couple of energy gels and some money. I am quite paranoid about getting stuck miles away from home.

I have bag under main tube with 2 inner tubes, multi tool. I have a CO2 inflator that came with its own under seat bag. It also has tyre levers in there. Also have a rear rack which holds whatever I need that day. At the moment, rain overcoat! Also put phone, keys, cash, wallet etc. in there.

There are two options; you can either cable tie the bracket to the frame, or mount it via bottle cage bosses. The bracket holds the pump via both a clip and a velco strap, so there's pretty much no chance of it coming loose. It seems to be a very well thought out and put together product, and unlike the cheap mini-pumps I've owned in the past it does allow you to properly inflate a road tyre.
