Simpsons episode question - phone hat ?

Hi

tried googling but i dont think i have this quite right as i would like the clip

homer (for some reason) has to either make an important phone call or several normal calls - he asks marge to put the coffee on and get him the phone hat . . .

something like that anyway

anyone oblige ?
