Easy to use live cd?

Hi all, it looks like my windows install has gone south and I need to reinstall. What's a good live cd that I can use to drag and drop my files onto another drive so I can reinstall?
Something WIMPy and not command line as I know nothing about Linux commads

Ubuntu CD is great, saved me few times to backup data from corrupted windows installation drive.

This, if it wasn't for live CDs, I would have lost hundreds of gigabytes of data.

Just to update, I used Ubuntu and it worked a charm

I'd never used Linux before and the impression I got was that the Ubuntu desktop was very Apple like. I may have a play around with a full install at some point.

Ubuntu is probably the best distro to start with if you want to play around with linux you can install it on a pretty small partition if space is an issue or you can just use the live CD dont think leaves out any features that a full install has.
