:O I'd buy that for a (5000) dollar!!!!!!

I presume IF I did buy that machine, it would last me forever and a day? Also, didn't notice if it had onboard wireless N and bluetooth?

unless your doing a lot of video editing or massive CAD/CAM stuff then that rig would be the biggest waste of money in the universe.partly because games wont be able to use more than one of those processors, and mostly because those processors are stupidly expensive. an i5 2500k or i7 2600k rig would be very close in gaming performance to it.

would you be interested in proper watercooling, or do you want to stick with air coolers and the fully contained watercooling kits?

i would have gone for the 1000W version of the PSU, but the price difference is so small i went for the 1250W one. it should get you slightly better efficiency under load too

Im sure the OP can phone OCUK and ask to change a few bits that are not listed on the System Configurator e.g case/mobo.
and it would be a crime to not have a blu-ray player in a £2k system :)

Where do you live Lister? Some kind ocUK'er might give you a hand with building it, if you can't get what you want prebuilt...

I think someone from here should help him buy the bits then go to his house and build it for him. We could start a "Lister" Build :) While they build it Lister can take loads of pics and we could run a project log for him. Anyone live nearby and good at building high spec rigs??

Most on here that build their own rigs...DREAM of getting to build a top end gaming rig (even if it IS someone elses) I think this idea is a real goer!!!

Northern Ireland huh... *stares at subbytna and Jony27's locations*

I'm sure someone would be willing to help you build such a powerful system :). In fact looking at the specs I wish I could help build it :p.

PEOPLE HAVE INTERNETS OVER HERE!?!?

I just looked at the system config thing. I pretty much ticked yes to all the max options and it came out at 3 grand. I can afford that....... but is it worth it?
