It takes you 2 hours and 40 minutes to get ready for work?

It probably takes me 40 minutes to get ready for work - the rest of the time is spent getting things done or mooching about on the computer (soon to be replaced by a morning run when I get my 'winter' running gear through the post :p)

Colne.... Up Norf.
Up at 10am (no alarm clock), watch TV, check interweb, set off to work at 12noon, 10mins later arrive... 12hr20min shift, so finish at 12:30, arrive home 12:40 watch more TV, check interweb, play xbox... Try to go to sleep before 4am. Only work 3 days a week, on days I'm not working I tend to get up at about 9am.

Wake up at 4.05, wash, watch tv for a few mins, leave just as HardTALK is starting (don't ask why, just a routine..), 14 miles to work, takes 17-18 mins, get there for 4.55 to start at 5.

Can't eat at that time of the morning, don't ever physically get to stop until 9.30ish anyway.

alarm is set for 06:57 to be totally random! Don't any of you lot do such a thing?

My alarm is set for a different time every day. If one day its 4:03 the next it has to be different, and an even number. I know, I'm weird :)

Usually my mornings go like this:
7.30 out of bed - bath on / cook or prepare lunch / eat breakfast
7.38 clean teeth
7.41 bath
7.50 dry /dress
7.55 finish preparing lunch if cooking pasta etc
8 get in car

If i get up earlier all that happens is i doss for longer at each stage of the morning -.-

Is anyone else awful at waking up? I can sleep through 2+ alarms for 30 minutes before waking up. I am not a morning person at all which annoys me as I used to be.
