Hmm, asleep by midnight/11:30 if I'm lucky, up just before 7, so a good healthy 7 hours in theory. Sadly, I'm often woken by my other half springing up and shouting at imaginary spiders and whatnot. So really its more like 2.

Average about 6-7 hours, couple of nights a week it's 5 and can pull a 4 hour night once a week but no more.

It's funny because its very much sustainable week in week out for months but take a holiday and I REALLY feel it, often needing a week of 10+ hours sleep a day and feeling terrible for it before I start to feel like good again

5 to 6 hours I am trying to set up a routine at the moment though, as having a routine is actually better for you than random sleeping hours!

6 to 7 hours most nights. As I'm getting older I'm needing less sleep. Also having a young child means you adapt to a lack of sleep quite quickly!

Usually get about 7-8 hours in, but I still end up falling asleep on the way there and on the way back .

Every so often I'll get 0-4 hours sleep and its horrible.

I aim for 8.
I try to live my life around the 8-8-8 rule and when I started doing that in a more focussed manner I found lots of things improved noticeably.

8 hours sleep
8 hours work
8 hours free time

Obviously most of my commuting happens in the 8 hours free time but I changed my driving style as well and found that stopped me getting stressed on the road as well. My fairly typical working day is 8-6 in that I leave home at 8 and arrive home around 6.
So in reality my pattern is more like 8-10-6 if you consider the commute as work allocated time. My 6 is split 5 hours evening and 1 morning leisurly getting ready for work.
Again trying to avoid leaving little time for that and its knock on effect to leaving home late.
