Would a 65w CPU be ok in the case. I would also cut ogg the 3.5 HD holders as i would be using a 2.5 drive

I've got an undervolted 100W CPU running fine in mines so I'm assuming you should be ok with a 65W CPU in one. If it runs too hot you can always undervolt it a little or buy an 80mm case fan that pushes more air.

Using speedfan to read temps and prime95 to stress test I was getting 38C at idle and 67C after an hours stress test with prime95. Hope that info is some help.

Intel CPU: i3-2100T, LGA1155, 35w or the ordinary i3-2100?

My personal opinion is to go with the 35W powered CPU if you are going for the wesena itx-2 and if you don't want to faff about with undervolting because there very little free space in there. If you are going for the ITX-7 then go for the 65W option and a low profile cooler.
