I also keep getting "you were disconnected from EA online" since the patch.

You do need to remap buttons though which is a bit of a pain unless you go find an empty server and do it there.

When I start up BF3 it takes me to the single player version no option for multiplayer!?? is anyone else having this problem? it was ok at lunch time

The " disconnected from EA server " message is because 15 secs havent passed since you last left a different server. Leave it 15 secs and then try and join a different server.

Launch through Origin, it'll open Battlelog, then choose the server you want.
Battlelog will boot you into the game when you join a server.

Why is it Dice wanted to bring back queing again, this sucks i liked it originally select server thats almost full and join, now i have to que up with 10 other people waiting......
