Hi Guys, hopefully someone here can help me with the best way to sort out this problem

3 days ago my desire decided to crash and refuse to boot up past the T-Mobile pink circle (see pic) It had recently started getting very hot and restarting so I guess it needs a new part fitting?

I've had it roughly 19 months and I'm on a 24 month contract with T-mobile.

I've tried:

Charging it fully
A different battery
Without sim card, memory card
Hard reset

Nothings worked so unless theres something else I've missed I'm really just after advice on best way to get it fixed

Is it worth talking to T-mobile?
Should I go straight to HTC?
Maybe even an independant phone shop?

I'm not in that much of a rush to get it back, I bought a Xperia play the day it died and I'm more than happy with that

Look forward to some answers!

Cheers

I believe HTC have 2 years warranty on phones.

You can try T-Mobile first but failing that get in touch with HTC UK by all accounts they are very good with warranties
