Low Profile Gigabit pci-e network card

Hi. I'm looking for a Low Profile PCI Express Gigabit network card. I've found one on overclockers:
Intel Gigabit PRO/ 1000 CT

But it's shown with a full height backplate. There's no mention of the half height plate here but on intel's website it says it's included (on page 3):

Can anyone confirm if this does or doesn't include the half-height backplate?

Confirmed it DOES come wiht it
