Ipad bluetooth keyboard recommendations

Considering getting a bluetooth keyboard for the iPad for times when I want to use it for typing a lot of text.

Anyone got one and/or could recommend one? Not looking to spend a fortune but don't want anything too cheap or nasty.

I have been looking at something like this.

It's a bit pricey though, and I haven't quite decided whether the extra bulk added is actually worth it.

Yeah tad extreme price-wise!

Not really looking for an integrated keyboard/case as most of the time I want to carry the iPad around sans keyboard. Just after a decent, compact keyboard I can take separately when I feel I'll need it.
