Wonder how they gauge this..
I agree with Trine, DiRT 3, Battlefield 3, not played any of the others so.
I don't see how this would make the game PC "optimised", affordable dual-cores have been out for the past 5 years, not to mention quads have been affordable since the Q6600.
This should go without saying, I'd say a game has to at the very least support 4 cores to be classed as PC "optimised".

mw3 in there is clearly banana's!
The Witcher 2 is hardly well optimised, certainly better than many other games and its DirectX 9 engine is prettier than any other but it runs like a dog on some configurations.
Saints Row The Third runs OK but you can get really low fps on decent rigs, especially if you decide to max out the graphical settings. DirectX 11 seems weirdly optimised in this game.
