I'm back up to £100+ after a disasterous run that left me with just £50. The lesson is "don't deviate from your god damn plan". I literally have to tell myself this whenever I see something with really tempting odds.

Me too I hoovered above odds at 1.8~ earlier for a team to win. It seemed so obvious they would and they did. But then your not playing the game.

I've started using betfair's touch website, seems the winnings take a lot longer to show up on the account there. I double checked using the andriod app and the winnings shown up fine there, had to logout and log back in again for the money to show correct.

Not sure if this is the problem some people were having with winnings not showing up for some time after games had finished.

Its a shame we dont a league table, would be nice to see who was top of earnings and after how many bets etc.

Gutting Unfortunately the risk is always there, though. The flipside of this low-odds betting is that you end up staking quite a lot of money for a small return.
