Player A has £10K
Player B has £5K
Player C has £1K

Player A goes "all in".

Players B and C "call".

Player A up until the "river" is winning with 3 of a kind.

On the "river" both Player's B and C get the exact same straight, meaning they win a "split pot".

What money should they have at the start of the next hand?

Do they double up?

There are 2 possible outcomes, i do not know which one is correct. i think outcome 1 is correct, but everyone else i was playing with said outcome 2.

Outcome 1

Player A - £5K
Player B - £9.5K
Player C - 1.5K

or

Outcome 2

Player A - £4K
Player B - £10K
Player C - £2K

A puts 10k into pot and gets 5k return. 5k in pot.
B puts 5k into pot so will win a share of 10k.
C puts 1k into pot so will win a share of 3k. Pot is 11k.

C wins half of his share of 3k. (1.5k)

B wins the rest, 11k - 1.5k = 9.5k.

I probably just confused you more.
