Help spec a computer £250-500

My sister needs a new computer nothing really fancy it will be for gaming like minecraft and maybe more. But idea is to be quite powerfull so its abit more future proof.

looking at a processor as a base
AMD Bulldozer FX-6 Six Core 6100 Black Edition 3.30Ghz
or
AMD Bulldozer FX-4 Quad Core 4170 Black Edition 4.20Ghz
(How much difference is there between the 2 or higher than this ?)

Motherboard ? can someone spec me 1 for this

Memory maybe 8gb + but will be base on motherboard

need a good graphics card that is also good on price (please spec a Nvidia and AMD i only know nvidia well as ive used them years but if a card is a lot better for less money then i will go for it). Also she has a Benq 24" monitor so a good monitor already. Also I have a nvidia 470 i may give her this 1 and get myself a new card so may get a 570 or is it better to wait if nvidia are bring out maybe 600 cards ?.

Hard drive will stick with normal HDs for now no solid state due to price.

A good case for air cooling again based on mother board (buying extra fans optional). Also Dust filter cases please.

last thing needed a power suppy sutible for all this.

Stay away from AMD, intels sandybridge walks all over AMDs offerings. Incapables spec is good. Here's my take with a much better budget case
