Just a shout out before i place an order.

Is the Crucial M4 256Gb still the best in it class taking price: performance: capacity in mind?

Also, is there anything i should know about it, any problems to be aware of?

TIA

I've just ordered one to replace the 128GB M4.

I personally wouldn't go with another SSD because the M4 has been superb and Crucial have pushed out firmware updates when required very quickly.

I'm also interested in this drive but I'm getting a bit confused over terms like "TRIM", is this just an OS thing or a hardware thing? Is it really important?
I've got an older motherboard see http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2842#sp running windows 7. Is this going to be able to get the most out of these drives? (It's SATAII not III)

Sorry if these questions have been done to death, just wanted to make sure for my particular setup...
