Played a few of the token capture the point modes.If you are familiar with arma 2 you will know it suffers from a certain clunkyness that will hopefully be forgotten when there are some larger pvp servers,running some community mission files.
One test server up running 1.61 but can`t find the update to try it.

1.61 is not out yet, its 1.60.92767 (beta) or maybe a little higher now. They may be getting the server ready for 1.61 due soon I believe.
Check here for official updates.

I have just realised that the large map (16x16km) is larger than Chernarus which is only 15x15km

Two servers up now both say running 1.61.I wonder if this is the release day patch.Not long to wait now i suppose.

can't wait for this one! Wish I could give them my money but steam refuses to set a price for this game...

Pre-orders do not always occur on Steam, sometimes a game cannot be purchased until "unlocked" for official launch. I can only assume such matters are at the behest of publishers or publishers who are not savvy with how Steam works.

I'm on a hideously slow internet connection here in Devon UK so try to steer clear of large downloads if possible. No big deal but had hoped it would be here tomorrow as I have a free day.

Im getting a lot of crashes when trying to use the planes.I hope we get a fix tomorrow.I don`t have any problems with a2 or oa.
Still cant find any patch download page anywhere.

Great news.looking forward to a decent multiplayer game tomorrow.Had another few rounds tonight on someones hosted game,seemed to work well.The 44 player coop defence mission on baranow is a fun play.Lots of action and a good stress test for the game.
